Shipping policy

Delivery destinations and timing

Deck the Bottles currently accepts orders for eligible United States delivery addresses shown at checkout. International delivery and express shipping are not currently offered.

We source bottle covers from third-party suppliers through AliExpress. Estimated delivery is 7–14 calendar days from ordering, including processing and transit. Please contact deckthebottles@gmail.com for availability or delivery questions about your selected items and address. Timing can vary with supplier processing, stock, customs and carrier conditions. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping costs and tracking

Standard shipping is free for eligible United States orders, with no minimum purchase. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment.

Contact us with your order number for tracking and delivery support. A shipping label alone does not mean the carrier has received the parcel. If tracking stops updating, an item is missing or a parcel marked delivered has not arrived, we will review the circumstances with the relevant provider and explain the next steps. Tracking status alone does not end our responsibility.

Delays, cancellation and corrections

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you, explain revised timing where known, and offer the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund of the unshipped order or affected portion. We will obtain consent where required and cancel and refund when required consent is not obtained. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and promptly refund it.

Contact deckthebottles@gmail.com as soon as possible to request cancellation or correct an address. Changes depend on the stage of fulfillment and are not guaranteed once processing or dispatch prevents them. This does not limit legal cancellation or delay-related rights. Any proposed additional delivery charge will be explained for your approval.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds. This does not affect rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect, materially misdescribed or undelivered goods, statutory cancellation rights, or any other rights under applicable law.

Order problems

Email deckthebottles@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue as soon as you notice it. We may request relevant photographs and order information. An unboxing video is not required. If you cannot provide a requested photograph, tell us so we can discuss another reasonable way to review the issue. A photograph is not required to prove a missing delivery.

We review claims individually and provide the remedy required by applicable law, including a refund where you are entitled to one. We will not require store credit or a replacement instead of a legally required refund. Please contact us for instructions before mailing any product; a return is not automatically required and no returns address is published here.

Refund handling

If more information is needed, we explain the next steps. If a claim is declined after reasonable review, we explain why. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible and within applicable legal deadlines. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears.

We explain the refund amount, including applicable tax and shipping. We do not deduct a restocking fee from eligible product-fault or non-delivery refunds. A full-order refund due because we cannot supply the order or it was not delivered includes the original standard shipping charge and associated tax. Payment-provider dispute rights and mandatory consumer protections remain available.

Products, prices and orders

Review the selected design, included pieces, price, delivery information and total charges before placing an order. Wine bottles and table decorations shown in photos are not included unless expressly stated. Bundle contents are the items specified in the selected offer.

Display settings and minor manufacturing differences may affect perceived color, texture and decorative details. This does not excuse a materially different or misdescribed product or limit your legal rights. Availability may change. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will notify you and refund the affected amount.

Shipping, cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Shipping policy and Returns and refunds sections here. Our final-sale rule applies to voluntary change-of-mind requests; applicable consumer rights are not excluded.

Use of the store

Do not use this store for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware distribution or interference with other users. We may restrict access to address misuse without removing our obligations for existing paid orders.

Store content may be protected by rights belonging to us or its respective owners. Personal shopping use does not grant commercial reuse rights beyond permission from the rights holder or rights provided by law.

Rights and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not waive non-waivable warranty rights or available payment disputes. Contact us to discuss any concern.

Updates apply to future use and orders and do not retroactively reduce rights associated with earlier orders. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required.

Information and purposes

When you contact us, subscribe or place an order, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email, delivery details, order selections and support messages. Our commerce providers also process transaction, payment-status, device, browser, network and cookie information to operate the store, checkout and security features. Do not email full card details, passwords or unnecessary identity documents.

We use relevant information to respond to inquiries, manage orders and delivery, provide support and refunds, maintain business records, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. If you subscribe to promotional emails, you can unsubscribe from those messages. Order and support messages are separate from marketing.

Service providers

Shopify hosts the commerce platform and processes information to provide its services. See Shopify’s privacy policy for its practices and information about separate services such as Shop and Shop Pay. Payment providers process payment details through checkout.

Information needed for fulfillment may be provided to AliExpress suppliers and delivery carriers. Operational services supporting storefront presentation, bundles, communications and support may process information needed for those functions. We may also disclose information when legally required or to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims, subject to applicable law. Providers may process information outside your country.

Cookies and choices

Cookies and similar technologies support storefront, cart, checkout and security functions. You can manage cookies through your browser and any privacy controls presented by the store or platform. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the store from working. Contact us about privacy choices, including any applicable sale/sharing or targeted-advertising opt-out rights. A privacy request does not stop processing needed to fulfill orders or meet legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, obtain a copy of, correct, delete or restrict use of your information, or object to certain processing. We may request proportionate verification where needed and handle requests within applicable legal deadlines. Authorized representatives may act where permitted.

If a request cannot be fulfilled, we explain why subject to legal restrictions. You may ask us to review our response and contact the relevant privacy regulator where applicable. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Retention, security and updates

Records are retained as needed for orders, support, accounting, disputes and legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and applicable requirements. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Contact us if you believe information has been mishandled or supplied by a child.
